R1 Sport is made of instantly soluble granules. It can be used to prepare a drink with carbohydrates, mineral salts and vitamins, which should be drunk after intense muscular activity (e.g. intense sports sessions). A sachet of R1 is a source of vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness. It is a source of vitamin C, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and to protecting cells against oxidative stress. Dissolve the contents of a sachet (15g) in 200 ml of water (a full glass). Take 1 or 2 sachets, depending on the intensity of exercise, preferably immediately after physical activity.
